Inspired by the diverse and robust flavours of Thailand’s street food, Tamarind Kitchen is the latest dining concept by the group of Tamarind Restaurants, which boasts a 17-year legacy and five award-winning restaurants in both Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.
Its menu was curated by Executive Chef Wanthana Nikonsaen of Tamarind Hill Singapore, and each of its 26 sumptuous dishes was crafted from a family heirloom recipe, contributed by its community of Thai chefs.
Rooted in environmental sustainability, Tamarind Kitchen uses only the freshest ingredients from sustainable sources, and often includes herbs and spices harvested from the restaurant’s garden in Labrador Nature Park.
